WINES
In Spain vine counts with the millennial tradition. It was introduced by Phoenicians. It is habitual to drink red vine with meat and white vine with fish. Spanish cava or French champagne is reserved for a toast or widely used in the elaboration of desserts. Some vines such as Rioja, Ribera de Duero, and Jerez have an international fame. To guarantee the origin and quality, all vines have the 'Denomination of Origin'.
Try typical Spanish sangria, national Spanish drink based on vine.
