Our plates are always recently made given the fact that we use fresh products of the day, olive oil, iodated salt and mineral water; and our experienced and skilled cookers (some of them arrived from Spain) put the major care in the elaboration of each plate. Some cookers loyally follow the recipes of Agustin Lopezs grandmother.
